My name is Ann Kurlovich and my company has worked in the accounting industry for over 10 years. I have over 20 years of business experience and have worked with businesses in many industries. My role is to help with the change process - whether it is changing software or training new staff. I help businesses become more efficient, make use of advanced technologies and achieve real time reporting.

I have over 10 years experience setting up accounting software and training classes, workshops and customized training. I am Advanced Certified QuickBooks Online™ and Desktop Pro Avisor. I have worked with larger companies with an extensive accounting staff all the way down to a one person business.

Summary of Courses & Workshops
We offer a variety of courses and workshops to accommodate the various needs that people have. Whether you are new to business and bookkeeping, have a new employee who needs training, maybe you have realized your limitations and need help or even if you just want to learn the new technology, we have a product to help you. Some courses are short and sweet, getting to the basics. Others are longer with a tighter focus each session.
Training can be a group setting, onsite or virtual
· Full 12 week QuickBooks Online™ Course
30 hrs in total, goes cover to cover and a QuickBooks Online™ Training Manual for Canada is required and included
· Limited Scope Modules
These modules are designed to get you up and running faster with 3 option packages. You can choose only one or all three.
· Be Your Own Bookkeeper Workshop
This is a 4 week course broken down in to small enough sections to give each student time to digest the information given, but yet give them the information they require to do the basic day-to-day bookkeeping their business requirements.
· Workflows and Time Saving Training Pods
These are short duration training sessions to help you become more proficient with some of the third party apps that integrate with QuickBooks Online™ – each session is 2 hours
- Dext (formerly receipt bank) – helping you to automate bookkeeping and receipt capture
- QuickBooks Online™ bank feeds, rules and reconciling
- Payroll with QuickBooks Online™

Customized Courses and Support
We can customize a training course for businesses that want the training to be all about them. With this course, we would go through the nuances of your business, look only at your workflows and deal with the issues specific to your industry.
Maybe you already know the basics but just need troubleshooting help or support for GST, Payroll, T4’s, etc. The customized packages are all about you and the content is based entirely on your needs.
Software Implementations
My company not only trains, but also sets up new data files and implements new software. The most common softwares we implement are accounting software (QuickBooks Online™, QuickBooks™ Desktop, Sage 50), SOS Inventory and Wagepoint. We also work with many of the third party apps that integrate with QuickBooks Online.
